Founded in 2010 by a trio of Kiwi outdoorsmen who shared a common vision: to bring the rugged charm of heritage New Zealand outdoorswear into the world of streetwear. Drawing inspiration from the landscapes that shaped them, Moreporks quickly made waves with an unmistakable authenticity which resonated with customers around the world.

The name Moreporks pays homage to New Zealand's only native predatory bird; known for its keen instincts, stealth and resilience.

In 2022, the brand entered a new era when it was passed down to two new custodians who are building on the legacy of Moreporks while exploring what it means to be a Moreporks Man and telling the stories of our own experiences in the outdoors of New Zealand to the world.
