Role Summary

  • Cultivate and grow engaged communities for Goodlids and Moreporks brands through immersive brand events, collaborations and pop-ups.
  • Ideate, develop, test and execute world-class visual content for multiple channels.
  • Work closely with the Group Brand Manager to manage social accounts, customer service tickets, and develop and deliver brand strategies for all Tasman brands.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Brand Manager to deliver an end to end growth strategy - from the first touch point with the brand, to purchase and repeat ordering.

 

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 Years of experience in a Content Creation Role.
  • A social butterfly, who enjoys making genuine connections to people.
  • Someone who lives and breathes the outdoors.
  • Highly attentive to detail.
  • A customer-first mindset with a deep understanding of delivering satisfactory outcomes to our customers.
  • Self-starter and impact-driven who enjoys taking ownership of projects, solving problems independently and has a bias for action.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing small business environment.
